Simon's Profile
Simon began his hospitality career at the five-star Athenaeum Hotel on Piccadilly before becoming Banqueting Manager at the Athenaeum Club in Pall Mall, where he organised private functions for royalty, dignitaries and senior public figures.
He has since worked internationally for private clients, celebrities and royal households, bringing decades of experience, discretion and calm professionalism to every engagement.
Peter's Profile
Peter has more than 35 years of experience within five-star hospitality and private service. He is known for his professionalism, attention to detail and ability to deliver polished service in demanding environments.
His experience includes private residences, royal and VIP events, prestigious sporting venues and corporate dining rooms throughout London.
